Guide Review - "Daredevil" DVD Review

I found that "Daredevil" was an entertaining movie despite its flaws, including an unsatisfying dramatic line and a "cute meet" scene that's so over-the-top it's just plain goofy. The film's sharp visual style looks good on DVD, and Ben Affleck has the right screen presence for the title role of the Marvel Comics superhero "Daredevil." There's also plenty of action as by night, Daredevil protects the residents of Manhattan's Hell's Kitchen area from evildoers, particularly the minions of the Kingpin (Michael Clarke Duncan). By day, Daredevil reverts to his alter ego, blind attorney Matt Murdoch, who falls for Elektra Natchios (Jennifer Garner). Colin Farrell is almost unrecognizable as the villainous assassin Bullseye.
